MORE Women's Conference ("MORE," "we," "us," or "our"), a ministry of the 58 Foundation, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through moreconference.org and our ticket registration, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Contact and newsletter forms: your name, email address, and phone number, and the content of any message you send us.
  • Ticket registration (through our ticketing provider): your name, email address, phone number, billing address, the church or group you attend (if you provide it), the tickets and add-ons you select, and your text-message consent choice.
  • Payment information: when you buy a ticket, your payment card details are collected and processed by our ticketing provider and its payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number on our site.

Information collected automatically: when you visit our site, our hosting platform and analytics tools may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • To process and confirm your ticket purchase and send you event details, updates, and reminders.
  • To respond to your messages and provide customer support.
  • To send you newsletters and marketing about MORE and related events, where you have signed up or opted in.
  • To send you text messages, only if you opt in (see "Text messaging" below).
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and understand how it is used.
  • To comply with law and protect our rights, attendees, and the event.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that run our operations, including: Squarespace (website hosting, forms, and analytics), Webconnex / TicketSpice (ticket registration and payment), the PCI-compliant payment processor used by our ticketing provider, and our email and text-message providers. Each is permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. Our site may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and similar tools that share online identifiers to measure and improve advertising. Under some state laws this can be considered "selling" or "sharing" your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out (see "Your privacy choices").
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers, if MORE or the 58 Foundation is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through our cookie banner. Where required, non-essential cookies are set only with your consent. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in during registration, we may send you order confirmations, event updates, and reminders by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Opting in is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS terms and this Privacy Policy for how we handle your number; we do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Children's privacy

Our site and ticketing are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, and to maintain event and donor records, then delete or de-identify it.
