Volunteer Opportunities

Review the opportunities and select the area that best fits your availability and interests when you complete the sign-up form.

Friday Night Opportunities

  • Help welcome and check in attendees as they arrive for Friday night.

  • Help tidy and reset the space after the Friday evening event.

Saturday Night Opportunities

  • Assist with check-in for VIP attendees and help create a smooth, welcoming arrival experience.

  • Help guide VIP guests to their seating area and assist with hospitality in the auditorium.

  • Help welcome attendees, answer simple questions, and support the check-in flow.

  • Support the shopping area during the lunch break and help keep things running smoothly.

  • Help greet guests, manage entry flow, and assist with seating direction at the auditorium doors.

  • Offer a warm welcome, help direct guests, and create a friendly first impression in the lobby.

  • Help support merchandise sales and assist guests at the MORE merch table.

  • Serve at the Decision Made table and help support women who accept Jesus Christ into their lives during the event.

  • Assist at Meredith’s booth during scheduled shopping and break times.

  • Help support lunch room flow and guest assistance during the meal window.

  • Assist with backstage support and help carry items or messages where needed.

  • Support behind-the-scenes stage flow in the back area as needed.

  • Help escort speakers or participants and support backstage movement.

  • Help support the meet and greet experience.
    Please note: this area will most likely be covered by our team.

Volunteer roles may be adjusted based on staffing needs, availability, and event flow. We’ll do our best to place each volunteer where they can serve most effectively.
